Subscription Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Closet Bar, LLC.’s subscription service! Our goal is to make shopping stylish and affordable with the added benefit of personalized shopping assistance and exclusive perks for our valued subscribers.
Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription options:
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Monthly
- Bi-Monthly
- Quarterly
*All subscriptions are subject to a Subscription and Shopologist Fee (known from here on out as SAS Fee) of $25.00, per subscription frequency.
Each subscription includes:
- Access to your personal “Shopologist” for style advice and outfit recommendations.
- Early access to new arrivals and sales.
- Free shipping on all subscriptions over $75.00, before taxes and SAS fee.
- Receive 13th Subscription free (see How It Works section for more details).
How It Works
- Choose your subscription plan on our website.
- Create an account, complete your style profile, decide the amount of your subscription (before taxes, shipping cost and SAS fee) and provide your preferred payment method
- You will be sent enough merchandise to satisfy your chosen subscription budget and style, without going over.
- You have 3 days from receipt of order, to decide if you will keep or send back.
- You decide if you want to keep all or some.
- If you decide to return pieces or the entire order, a refund will be issued for the returned merchandise once we have received it in
- and inspected it (refer to our Return & Refund policy).
- We will not redo that subscription but will do our best to get it right the next subscription.
After your 12th consecutive kept subscription, you will receive your 13th subscription of equal or average equal value, free. Rules are as follows:
- You have to keep all pieces of the subscription for it to be considered a kept subscription. If you return even one piece of merchandise, it will void that subscription being considered a kept subscription. However, if anything has to be returned for no fault of your own, i.e. damaged merchandise, then that will not count against your kept subscription.
- If you change your subscription amount, it will change how much your free subscription would be i.e. if you choose an initial subscription of $100 but after 3 subscriptions you choose a new subscription amount of $50, then those amounts will be added together and divided by 12. Whatever that averages out to be will be the value of your free subscription. Example, 3 subscriptions x $100 + 9 subscriptions x $50 = $62.50, this would be the value of your free subscription, without going over and before taxes, shipping, and SAS fee. If your subscription shipping has been free with all 12 subscriptions, because your subscriptions have been $75.00 or more, your 13th subscription shipping fee will be free as well.
Billing and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis, depending on your selected subscription frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover
- SAS fee is non refundable if subscription is not skipped or cancelled, 4 days before subscription date.
- SAS fee is non refundable if you decide not to keep the subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
- You can update your subscription details (e.g. style preferences, billing information) anytime in your account settings.
- Need a break? Pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your perks. However, if you have not cancelled or restarted your subscription by the 4th month, we will automatically cancel your subscription.
- If your subscription is cancelled, you will have to create a new account if you ever decide to restart your subscriptions. You will also lose the credits for your kept subscriptions as it relates to the 13th free subscription perk. That will start over, if you decide to restart your subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account settings.
- To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancel/pause at least 4 days before your next scheduled subscription.
- You can cancel up to 3 consecutive subscription frequencies. If you do not restart your subscriptions at the 4 consecutive subscription frequency, your subscription will be cancelled and you will have to create a new account and you will lose the 13th free subscription perk.
Automatic Renewals
- All plans automatically renew unless cancelled or paused.
- A reminder will be sent 7 days before your next subscription unless it is a weekly subscription.
