Return & Refund Policy

At Closet Bar, LLC., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • Shipped confirmation has to be no later than the 7th day for return to honored.
  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • With tags still attached.
  • In the original packaging, if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or Clearance items.
  • Consignment items.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

  • Request a Return
  • Ship the Item
    • After your return request is approved, send the item to the address included in your approval confirmation email.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or received incorrect item from what was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you. Time frame under the Eligibility of Returns still applies.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days of date received back into stock.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business and how we shop and stock product, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order or go ahead and place a new order and if or once your order is approved for return, we will return to the original payment (see Receive Your Refund section).
